Adventar is a specialist owner-led company investing across global markets in start-up phase products via our venture capital division, as well as mid-market businesses via our private equity division.
We have developed a unique investment strategy through our referral network in conjunction with our advisory unit by accessing new product concepts or acquisitions in private companies in partnership with best-in-class local sponsors or on our own. Adventar is an independent single family owned investment company which currently operates across its various subsidiary companies. Adventar is an active partner in each investment.
Since our inception in 2009, we have invested or advised on investments across various European, Middle East and African territories.
We believe that the key to delivering outstanding performance is our founder mentality approach and past hands on experience combined with our ability to identify and access opportunities which others do not, or cannot see, and to act quickly and decisively. We are not limited by any investment period and can therefore take a short term or long term view on each investment on a case-to-case basis.
